Museum filters, 2016

The term degenerate art, which was adopted in the 1920s by the Nazi Party in Germany to describe modern art which they did not approve of, was the starting point of the research. Basing this project on autobiographical experience in a museum in her hometown and her scientific background, Olga compared museums with huge filters in playful and personal appropriation addressing a meta-level of the structure of the museum.
